You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HINESCOMMERCE LLC and EverEase, and our officers, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
